How it works
Check In
We tag and carefully review items for stains, missing buttons, loose threads, and more. We also perform a detailed inspection to identify the best treatment for each item.
Sorting
We divide items into groups based on specific cleaning needs, color, and type of fabric.
Spotting
Each item is reviewed once again and stained items are treated on the spotting board using steam and air. A single spotting board treatment assists in spotless garments.
Cleaning
After cleaning, we check items again as they are prepped for pressing.
Pressing
We individually press every item to insure it meets our standards.
Inspection
Before preparing items to return to customers, our team conducts one final inspection adding some finer touches.
