Welcome to Bel-Aire Cleaners, proudly powered by Fishman's Personal Care Cleaners ("Bel-Aire", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile app and professional cleaning services. By visiting our website, placing an order, scheduling a pickup or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Bel-Aire Cleaners provides professional:

Dry Cleaning
Wash • Dry • Fold Laundry
Household Item Cleaning
Wedding Gown Cleaning
Specialty Garment Cleaning
Alterations & Repairs
Sports Equipment Sanitizing
Pickup & Delivery
Commercial Laundry & Linen Services

Service availability may vary by location.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Inspecting garments before submitting them for cleaning.
Emptying all pockets before dropping off garments.
Informing us of stains, damage, delicate fabrics or special care instructions.
Picking up completed orders within a reasonable period.
Providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Bel-Aire Cleaners is not responsible for items left in pockets, including money, jewellery, electronics or personal belongings.

4. Garment Inspection

Every garment is inspected before cleaning.

If existing damage is identified, including but not limited to:

Tears
Loose buttons
Weak fabric
Missing embellishments
Worn seams
Previous repairs

our team may note these conditions before processing your order.

Some garments may not withstand professional cleaning due to age, wear or manufacturer defects.

5. Stain Removal

While we use professional stain-removal techniques, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Some stains permanently alter fibres or dyes and may remain visible even after professional treatment.

We will always use the safest cleaning method available to protect your garment.

6. Care Labels

Bel-Aire Cleaners follows manufacturer care labels whenever possible.

If care labels are missing, damaged or inaccurate, we will use our professional judgement based on the garment's construction and fabric.

Customers acknowledge there is increased risk when care instructions are unavailable.

7. Pickup & Delivery

Customers using Pickup & Delivery agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
Ensure garments are ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Notify us of any changes as soon as possible.
Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where required.

Bel-Aire Cleaners is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept:

Mastercard
American Express (AMEX)
Debit
Cash

Commercial accounts may be invoiced according to agreed payment terms.

9. Order Pickup

Customers are encouraged to collect completed orders promptly.

Orders not collected for extended periods may be subject to storage limitations.

If an order remains unclaimed for an extended period, Bel-Aire Cleaners reserves the right to dispose of the items in accordance with applicable laws after making reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

10. Lost or Damaged Items

Bel-Aire Cleaners exercises the highest standard of professional care.

In the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged due to our negligence, compensation will be determined in accordance with industry standards and applicable Canadian law.

Compensation will consider factors including:

Original purchase price
Age of the garment
Condition
Depreciation
Proof of value where available

Bel-Aire Cleaners is not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear
Manufacturer defects
Weak or deteriorated fabrics
Colour loss due to fabric instability
Damage resulting from inaccurate care labels.

11. Alterations

Customers should inspect altered garments upon collection.

If an adjustment is required due to workmanship, we will gladly review the garment and make reasonable corrections.

12. Commercial Accounts

Commercial service agreements may include additional pricing, invoicing and service terms outlined separately between Bel-Aire Cleaners and the customer.

Where applicable, those agreements take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website unlawfully.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software.
Copy website content without permission.
Interfere with website functionality.

All website content remains the property of Bel-Aire Cleaners unless otherwise stated.

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, photographs, branding, text and website content are the property of Bel-Aire Cleaners or used with permission.

They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bel-Aire Cleaners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
